We had our transmission rebuilt at this shop. We based our decision on its good reviews. Their communication is sparse. We had to call every few days to get an update or we would hear nothing. We finally got the car back after about 2 1/2 weeks. It seemed to run fine. After a few months, however, we were still having transmission issues and were provided diagnostic codes when we took it to a near by auto part store. Fine. It’s under warranty. We take the car back to the shop. Our vehicle sat at the shop for legitimately 1.5 weeks with little to no calls or updates. We finally retrieved our car without our warranty repairs as we were given excuses about how short staffed they were and how someone had jury duty, blah, blah, blah. Meanwhile, we’re renting cars, taking Lyfts, Ubers, etc… all while the car is just sitting there. Simply said, this shop does not honor their warranty or at least not with any urgency at all.

Horrible Rude obnoxious. And tries to get over on women. Refused to look at my car without a 300$ battery plus 100$ to say that the diagnostic was the battery. So total 400$ just to look at the car. I offered to buy a battery he said i would have to put it in the car in the parking lot myself if I was to buy a cheaper battery than the one he offered for 300$ in a 20 year old car. The battery was dead before it got there and the diagnostic was for the transmission. I said no to a 300$ battery charge in a 2006 Kia . A 20 year old car. He still wants a 100$ for jumping off a car. He laughed at me mocked me and tired to say I would buy a refurbished battery. Didn’t realize refurbished batteries came from Autozone… where they put it in for free. I have video recorded call of him saying he could not do a diagnostic on the car so how am I getting charged 100$. Will be contacting a lawyer and the police.

Wayne communicated some other potential issues, but I felt like I had all the right information to make an informed decision.
