The staff at this location are friendly and fast. They have a wide selection of oils filters, which is great if your car has a less common one. The price was in-line with other oil change shops in Atlanta. They were not pushy when asking about filter changes. The woman at the front desk was a joy to watch. She truly enjoys her job and servicing people. Her interactions with the other employees was the same.
View on GoogleEveryone at the Ponce de Leon location is wonderful! Fast, fairly reasonable, great work—and very nice people! Not the least of whom is Deedee. She’s always kind and friendly. This location makes getting your oil changed a downright—dare I say—enjoyable event! They offer a great thing to their customers: in between oil changes, we are welcome to drop by to receive and oil check, and top-off if needed. You only pay for the oil if you need more. Great idea!
View on GoogleJust got my oil changed and a coolant top off here this morning and had such a smooth experience. The staff was so friendly and kind! DeeDee handled my checkout process and she was so positive, friendly, and helpful. There were a few people in front of me but everything took about 20-25 minutes from start to finish and they were so efficient! They have a waiting room and they are right next to a smoothie king so you can grab something while you wait. They also have great coupons available on their website so grab one before you go. High recommend and I will be back!!
View on GoogleStopped in and got a free engine oil top-off. There was no charge, no hassle. DeeDee took care of me and was genuinely friendly and personable the whole time. It’s rare to find folks who’ll go out of their way like that. Great service and a great attitude. Highly recommend!
