On May 14, 2026, around 1:00 PM, I visited Gordy Tire at 1590 Howell Mill Road, and I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service I received. I was in a very difficult situation, trying to get to South Carolina to see my sick mother, and the team went above and beyond to help me. Ms. Maya quickly checked in my 2019 Cadillac and worked with her team—Mr. Keith, Mr. Frank, and Mr. Jorge—to fit me into their schedule. They replaced two tires and rotated the others, all while showing professionalism, patience, and genuine care for my situation. Because of their efforts, I was able to get on the road in time. Sadly, my mother passed the following day, May 15th, but I will always be grateful that this team helped me get there when it mattered most. It truly meant a lot to experience such compassion and teamwork. It’s rare to find customer service like this today. Thank you again, Ms. Maya, Mr. Keith, Mr. Frank, and Mr. Jorge—please keep up the great work. I hope every customer gets to experience the same level of care that I did.

Customer service was friendly and professional, but I’m disappointed with the outcome. I brought my car in for an oil leak and asked about replacing the oil pan due to visible corrosion. I was told only a gasket and plug were needed and that the issue was fixed after testing. However, within two days of picking up my car, it was leaking oil again. I took it to another mechanic who immediately identified severe oil pan corrosion that should have been addressed from the start. While I’d recommend them for basic services like tires, alignments, and oil changes, I would not trust them with more complex repairs.

Poor communication and only worried about the apple turnovers on site. I encourage Gordy Tire management and owner(s) to review my customer history so full knowledge of my spending with their company is appreciated and understood before being dismissed as a “one off” customer.
