Found this shop on Google when my driver side mirror was damaged. Pros: Communication was timely, was able to pay upfront, and the installment took least than 2 hours. Cons: The replacement mirror took about a week to arrive; that's more so the inventory order place than the shop's fault. Would return back again. Thanks for everything

View on GoogleA month in the shop, a “fixed” car that couldn’t make it around the block, and a diagnosis that missed the actual problem entirely—that sums up our experience with Mr. Gordon’s. We were told it was a computer issue. It wasn’t. It was the fuel line—something a competent diagnostic should have caught. Instead, my husband was sent all over town chasing unnecessary parts while the real issue went unresolved. That’s not expertise—that’s guesswork at the customer’s expense. If you don’t know how to fix a vehicle, be honest about it. Don’t waste people’s time and money pretending you do. Customer service only made things worse. Zero accountability and horrible attitudes. But this seems to be the norm in and around Atlanta. Take your business elsewhere.
View on GoogleAll staff are courteous, professional n take time to be sure I understand the repairs made to my car. They are honest and will explain if something needs repair immediately, or can be addressed at a later time. I would not take my car to any other shop! Thanks, Gordon's Automotive!

If you are reading this review its for a reason. Don't just stop at my review. Please take the time to read the other reviews that has been posted on this Business as a WARNING by other customers. Also, look them up on the BBB. You will be Overcharged, and Still Leave with more issues. Please do not pay these people to mess up your vehicle. The Only Thing You Should Pay These People is NO ATTENTION.
