I had fantastic customer service from here. I found a slash in my tire and brought just the tire/wheel in near the end of the day on a Thursday under Road Hazard warranty. They had to order me a new tire, but by midday Friday, it had arrived, was mounted, and balanced. The turnaround time was amazing and the team was courteous and very helpful!

Darryl Heard who went beyond the call of duty and got the specialty tire I needed ordered & delivered to his location by the time AAA brought my car to them. View on GoogleI came in because my tire pressure light was coming on repeatedly and I was concerned about a tire issue. The week before, I had the tire checked and was told there was no leak, but the light came back on again. I also noticed I couldn’t attach my air pump to the valve stem, so I brought the car in for help. The valve stem issue was fixed, but I was not clearly informed that the repair would leave my TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) nonfunctional. The only reason I knew there was a problem with my tire in the first place was because the tire pressure light alerted me. Had I understood that replacing the stem would leave me without TPMS monitoring, I would have authorized the TPMS repair during the same visit instead of having to come back the next day. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to notice the problem, ask why the light was still on, call back to figure out my options, schedule a return visit, and continue following up myself. As a customer, I felt like I was doing my own customer service. On my return visit, I waited for an extended period of time and was never told my vehicle was ready. When I finally walked up to the counter to ask, my keys were immediately handed to me. That left me wondering how long my vehicle had been finished without anyone notifying me. The repair may have ultimately addressed the issue, but the communication and customer service experience were disappointing. Better explanations and proactive communication would have saved me an extra trip, additional waiting time, and a lot of frustration.

View on GoogleI called the management at this Goodyear location at 9:30am for a tire I needed to replace. When I arrived there at about 12:20pm they had already received the tire. Then they quickly installed the tire on my truck within the next 35 minutes and had me on my way. This is a very professional and efficient Goodyear and their mechanics are very competent!
