Alphonso and Jason were absolute godsends!! Wrapped up my shift and made it out to my car only to discover that I had a flat tire. I was able to get enough air into the tire to make it to this Goodyear to get it fixed. I was DREADING a long wait time as it was rush hour in Atlanta and I just knew it was going to be forever until I got home. But Alphonso greeted me as soon as I walked in, got the details quickly and efficiently and got the job assigned to Jason. I had my car back in about 10 minutes and was back on the road. I truly appreciate the kindness and efficiency I experienced at this location. Happy to report that I made it home safely with no further tire problems. I would absolutely recommend others seeking car help check them out!!!

We brought our '02 Toyota Sequoia in for a fresh set of 4 new tires, and Alphonso, Jason, and Mike completely knocked it out of the park. Amazing service and friendly Crew. I called early in the morning and spoke to Tim about a needed service for my car, and he originally quoted me at $250, upon inspection when I arrived it was presumed that to complete the job it would actually be $500, Tim apologized and was very professional. But.... I got a call towards the end of day was told that the job was actually an easier fix and ended up only being $45. The level of professionalism and care was appreciated and I will return here again if I have any issues with my tires ever again. Service: 10/10 Communication: 10/10 People: 11/10

Mike, Alphonso & Terrance really care about their customers. I had Goodyear tires & they were under warranty - I had other certified Goodyear sales companies try to give me the run around just to get new tires & my warranty prorated. Alphonso & Mike stand out in their customer service. I have my own business & value customer service to the highest degree. I would give 6 stars if I could. They care about your safety & your wallet. I will be returning. I went in yesterday for the fire warranty inspection, the new tires were delivered & installed today. No long waits. Alphonso does AMAZING with his communication & updating you during the process.
