Fast tires

Very nice and respectful people, very cheap. But they scratched my rims I called. They told me to come up there to take a look just for them to tell me they didn’t do it. wouldn’t recommend if you don’t want your rims scratched. An ik my rims ain’t anything crazy or clean but still

I truly don't know where to start to be honest this was the worst experience i ever had going to a repair shop! The manager here took advantage and tried to manipulate me by taken advantage of my situation since my tire was flat i only asked him for air and if he can seal it with the rubber tire seal which i got Before because i know what i needed which i expressed to him i was paying for and he wanted to offer me other services that was extremely expensive and since he knew i was in a very bad predicament and when he seen i didn't want to accept his offer he didnt want to service me as a paying customer. Before i left he than offered me air and didnt didn't want to fill my tire up completely just to show me how petty he was since i didn't wanna buy what he was Trying to sell me vs. What i came there to pay for that could of got me home. I really felt he was racist how je was treating me i never intended writing a review but this had to be exposed because it was very unprofessional. I urge anyone to not go here its a million other shops around that have better customer service that can get the job done.

BEWARE. I bought 2 used tires on 12/10 and today on 12/29 I had to get them replaced due to them being extremely worn. What type of business is this? Do y’all lie and take people’s money like this on the daily? Like of course I know they were used, but the fact that y’all sold me faulty tires for $100 that didn’t even last me a month is ridiculous. What a shame.

Amazing people they are really caring, love the way the Rims looks. The owner and the workers are very friendly, you could actually afford the rims it doesn’t even cost that much. thank you for your hard work.

This used to be my go-to shop for alignments and balancing, and they always took care of me before. But this happened a while ago, and I’ve been meaning to say something because it really left a bad taste to this day. I got a flat with my single cab Ram, swapped to my spare, and drove over thinking it’d be a quick fix. While they were installing the tire, they called me in and said my rim was “warped.” The way they talked to me was rude, and the owner tried to sell me a whole new set of wheels on the spot. When I told him I didn’t have the cash on me at the moment, he basically told me to leave. What really made me mad is they still charged me $50 just to install and remove the tire. Like, how am I supposed to know the rim got bent? Shouldn’t they check that before putting the tire on? Whatever im not crying about a measly $50. However, when I got the rim back, it was scratched. One of the spokes was scratched and the whole inner part where the tire mounts was scratched up too. I went to another tire shop right after, and they balanced the wheel with no problem. So I don’t even think the rim was the issue. It sucks because I used to trust this place, but after that experience, I’ll never go back. 2 stars because I have been treated very well at this location before. Maybe owner was having a bad day?
