I had such a great experience here, and I genuinely appreciate how everything was handled. I was on a time crunch trying to pick up my children, and they patched my tire quickly without making me feel rushed or overlooked. That meant a lot to me. The service was friendly from start to finish, and the atmosphere made it even better. The waiting area was comfortable and air-conditioned, which I definitely appreciated while I waited. I especially want to shout out Johnell for his excellent customer service. He was kind, professional, and made the whole experience feel smooth and taken care of. He also pulled up my Carfax report to see about my car when it had a previous owner, which was super helpful in learning of the condition of my car. Overall, this felt like people actually cared. I’m really grateful and will absolutely be back.

Excellent customer service! I called at 5:50 PM in desperate need of an oil change and asked Ryan if they could stay open just 10 minutes past closing. Without hesitation, he said, “We’ll stay open just for you.” Kameron, the technician, was also kind enough to take on another vehicle after a long day. Their willingness to go above and beyond truly meant so much to me. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced, I highly recommend!!!

Mr Johnell at the Express Oil Change place on Moreland Ave exemplifies customer service. I had a situation with my BMW truck, he walked me through my various options, provided sound advice—and ultimately assisted with my issue. I would highly recommend this location, and I have used them for years. The entire team here were quick, professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused! Thank you.

I have been to this location multiple times and I really like the crew here; they have good teamwork, workflow and communication. Kristian was great and the manager was also very attentive to all the customers. When I arrived, there were 4 cars ahead of me in line. (There are 2 oil change bays: 2 lines that you enter from the Memorial Drive side). Each vehicle serviced ahead of me in line was about an average of 20 minutes per car. I was answering emails and phone calls in the meantime while everyone is getting cars ready for holiday travel. We'll definitely be back.

My initial thought was to just walk away. I was completely ignored for several minutes. Then, one of the service techs finally asked me what I needed and gave me instructions. Their car-side manner was suitable, so I proceeded to get my oil changed. The old oil was immediately dumped/drained. However, they ran into a problem trying to remove the filter. It was "on too tight" and they didn't want to risk damaging anything. Therefore, the filter was not replaced. Oil was put in and a few fluids topped off. Now comes time to pay.....I had a $15 off coupon that the worker refused to use. He told me to save it for next time. I was also charged $20 for a filter that was not changed. He told me that he couldn't charge me for an oil change because technically I didn't get one BUT proceeds to charge me $87 for fluids, labor, and that filter that I didn't get??? I reached out to customer service on 6/10/26 to have this resolved and have yet to hear from anyone. I will never do business here again.
