So nice and helpful. Reasonable prices. I came to replace my tire and he told me that I could just plug it due to a nail that I did not know about. Thank you so much for that. I also got a used tire to replace another tire that was going bad. Very quick and very nice people.
View on GoogleJesús and Juan provided great customer service and helped me with the replacement of my two forward tires. Jesús also gave me some great advice on how to approach getting an alignment so my issue with the wear of my tires ceased to persist. He told me what I would need as well as what I can decline upon my appointment for an alignment. In my experience, it is rare to find mechanics that look out for their customers to this extent, that provide support beyond their own services and prove themselves to be trustworthy. I highly recommend them and will confide in them with all of my tire services in the future!
View on GoogleI would like to share my experience with this company. I initially visited for a flat tire, and they plugged it, assuring me the issue was resolved. However, after a week, the tire went flat again. I returned, and they patched the tire this time, stating the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred for a third time. When I returned again, the shop was closing, and I was asked to come back the next day. As a company managing over 50 vehicles, it is highly inconvenient to repeatedly return for the same issue. This experience has made me question whether the company’s approach is truly in the best interest of me as a customer. Overall, the staff were friendly, but unfortunately, they did not fully resolve the issue with my vehicle, and the problem persisted despite multiple visits.
View on GoogleBEST USED TIRE SHOP on the south side. Jesús is very honest and trust worth. His used tire expertise has allowed me to keep my workhorse F150 on the road for over 250k miles. I haven't bought a new tire since I met him in 2019. He finds GREAT quality used tires!!!
