European Service Center

I brought my car to this shop for service that totaled nearly $5,000, and what I received in return was poor workmanship, lack of accountability, and inappropriate comments. When I picked up my car, I immediately noticed that the oil change sticker was removed which prompted me to check my oil and the oil level was below the minimum line. The hood latch wasn’t properly reattached, making it impossible to open. I also found a new oil leak coming from the same area where parts had just been replaced. These are serious oversights that show a lack of care and attention. I reached out to the shop via email with detailed photos and videos explaining these issues, and I’ve yet to receive any response. For a business that charges premium prices, this level of customer service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when paying for the service, both employees made microaggressive remarks, saying things like “Don’t drive it like you stole it” and implying they “didn't have to call the cops” since my payment went through. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. I chose this shop based on a recommendation, expecting honesty and professionalism. Instead, I was left with unresolved issues, no communication, and an experience that made me feel both dismissed and disrespected. I’ve since taken my car to an Audi dealership to have their work inspected by certified professionals and will be updating this review soon based on their findings. update 10/24: I paid for a water pump migration service, and the coolant light came on within a week. I added a photo showing it’s my coolant light. However, the coolant level remains stable in the reservoir. update 10/28: MY CAR OVERHEATED! Never had this issue before this $5000 service to repair my water pump and repair oil leak. Update 10/29/25: Call the shop first thing in the morning. Scott, who was polite, provided me with the number for their warranty service since I am currently out of state, and it would cost a ridiculous amount of money to tow the car. I have a scheduled appointment next week with one of their service providers here in Florida.

They worked me in same day while I was there on a work trip and needed the repair to get home. They were fast, reasonable, and very thorough in their inspection and other maintenance that was needed—provided photos and a detailed estimate. Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at the European Service Center at 4400 Roswell Rd. As you might imagine, I don't rave over vehicle service very often. However, I found Kenny to be exceptionally helpful and friendly, which made my service experience very smooth and efficient. I have an older car and they helped to source the needed part and then installed it right away. Another service provider attempted to charge me twice as much. They were adding upcharge upon upcharge. As a woman, some think you'll pay whatever they quote... No! This is what led me to Kenny and the European service center on Roswell Rd. They charged a fair price and their customer service was excellent!

I would highly recommend this place! The prices are very reasonable and they take the time to provide pictures of any work that needs to be done which is something I have only seen from the dealerships. The customer service is great and I will definitely be coming back here from now on

They did a great job. I went just to get my maintenance done since Volvo was going to charge me a fortune. They knew what was required for my mileage and it was cheaper. Plus they noticed a cracked part in the inspection, sent me photos and I was able to repair it fairly quickly. I don’t think Volvo would have checked it as thoroughly had I taken it there.
