After almost 4 years of dropping my car off here because it’s within walking distance to work as a single Dad with kiddos on my own, I unfortunately cannot recommend anymore. In fact would also have to issue a caution to those considering this place. Dropped the car off for routine oil, valve cover, and control arm repairs (expensive) a week ago. Shop broke a bearing while repairing and replaced for free, and gave me "600 off" overall for pairing everything together which is fine was the "good" news on pickup. However when I picked the car up to drive home, the vacuum pump failed just off my exit for the brakes (thank goodness not before - or might not be here). Upon review by another local shop, bracket had been damaged and was missing a seating. At minimum they should have let me know this on inspection, as they have to remove it to do valves so had to have seen it. But more than unlikely this happened on its own as well before the repairs. Doesn't happen with normal driving etc. Cost an additional 1400 after the repairs as well

On May 15, I brought my 2023 Tesla Model Y to your facility to repair a squeaking front suspension. After a diagnostic inspection, I was told both front lower control arms needed replacement and was quoted approximately $2,900. I was informed the cost was high because the vehicle required “Mercedes parts,” despite the vehicle being a Tesla. Because I rely on my vehicle for daily transportation, I authorized the repair. I also explained that I am retired, live on a fixed income, and am a disabled veteran. When I picked up the vehicle later that day, I immediately noticed excessive steering play, a rubbing noise, and a burning-rubber odor during the drive home. Over the following days, the steering became increasingly unstable, the front tires began wearing unevenly, and the suspension started squeaking again—the same problem the repair was supposed to fix. Concerned about safety, I took the vehicle to Tesla for inspection. Tesla determined the repairs had not been performed correctly and that corrective work was required. The suspension repairs had to be redone, and both front tires needed replacement due to excessive wear caused by the failure to perform a proper wheel alignment. As a result, I incurred significant additional expenses and effectively paid twice for the same repair. I also drove a vehicle with unsafe steering conditions immediately after leaving your facility. I contacted European Service Center seeking a resolution, but the company refused to accept responsibility for the defective workmanship, resulting vehicle damage, or the financial losses I suffered. I entrusted my vehicle to your facility expecting competent and professional service. Instead, the repair failed to resolve the original issue, created additional safety concerns, caused further damage, and resulted in substantial out-of-pocket costs. I am deeply disappointed by both the quality of the work and the refusal to take responsibility for its consequences.

These guys are the best . That actually have a real electric professional that can diagnose any electrical issues with minutes. My engine light has not come back on. It was. $2,300 well spent. If anyone has any type of jaguar these are the guys that can beat the other guys
