Euro Master

I was shopping around for a mechanic to service my Mercedes. I decided to go to Euro master and I made an appointment. When I arrived at Euro Master I spoke with Kris and I explained to Kris in detail the issues I was having with my Mercedes and I tell you that young man has excellent listening skills and superb customer service. All the questions that I asked him he replied to and you understood.. Kris and Dominique kept you informed about what was going on with my car in a timely manner and did send you a report in detail to let you know what was good and what needed immediate attention. All said they are very, very professional and they have affordable prices. I recommend this shop and I will tell my family and friends what an awesome experience I had with Euro Master.

As a woman and a VW owner, I am typically wary of taking my vehicle to just any mechanic. I actually hate taking my car to the shop because most places try to get over on me. I found Euro Master on my search for a mechanic due to my check engine light. I called Tuesday morning and asked for their availability. They told me they could get me in right away. I dropped my vehicle off and explained the issue to Kris, who was very attentive and helpful. He took the time to listen and answer any questions I had, even if it had nothing to do with why I dropped my vehicle off. They sent me an itemized breakdown that showed everything they recommend be repaired immediately, what will need to be done soon, and what's in good condition as is. I LOVED the thoroughness of the report and it was the first time I received anything like that from a mechanic. It even included pictures! They actually ended up calling me as well and explained everything. My car was completed the same day. I believe I dropped my vehicle off around 10 AM and they had it fixed by 3 PM. Upon pick up, they even showed me the part that was causing the issue. I believe the prices are extremely reasonable for the quality work they provided. I am extremely appreciative of the work, communication, and the business overall. My baby is driving better than she was before. Definitely will return!

Euro Master was recommended to me by a friend when I was searching for a place to get my brakes fixed. I cannot express how impressed I was when I went there. I was expecting at best to be told to leave my car there and they would get to it over the next couple of days. However, they were able to replace the brake pads and rotors within a few hours, getting the parts that same day. Dom and Kris who run the shop were very friendly and made sure I was offered competitive pricing. The shop waiting area and bathroom were spotless making the whole experience that much more enjoyable. I plan to go back for all future car needs.

I came to Euro Master for a tune-up and brake service after contacting several shops to compare pricing and value. The owner assured me they could offer a better price than other places, and they were able to service me sooner, which influenced my decision. I requested a full diagnostic and was advised on what services were needed. However, I was not told to replace my rotors, even though based on my experience with foreign cars—especially Porsche—and guidance from a trusted mechanic, brakes and rotors are typically replaced together. My intention was to complete everything properly at once. Despite that, I moved forward with their recommendation. Initially, the customer service was great. The owner even met me early on a Saturday to pick my vehicle up to accommodate my payment being transferred in late on that Friday which I appreciated. About a week after the brake job, my brakes started squeaking. When I reached out, the owner told me it was because I didn’t replace the rotors—which was false, because that was never recommended to me in the first place. He then offered to replace the brakes for free if I purchased rotors. It took me some time to return due to travel and limited shop hours, but when I did, I was quoted $690 for rotors (parts only). I specifically asked if that price was for parts only, and he confirmed that it was. Based on my knowledge and experience owning multiple foreign vehicles, I knew that price was significantly inflated. I sourced the same rotors myself for much less. When I arrived with my own rotors, the pricing story changed. I was then told there would be a $150 labor charge to install them—something that was never disclosed when I asked for a full breakdown earlier. After addressing this, the owner agreed to waive the labor fee but said he would no longer honor the brake warranty because I used outside parts. For context, brake pads typically come with manufacturer and store warranties, where replacements can often be done at little to no cost when returned properly. This was not clearly communicated or honored in a transparent way. At that point, I was ready to move on from the situation, but out of respect and good faith, I still chose to pay $75 toward the labor, even though I didn’t feel I should have had to pay anything additional. After getting the brakes and rotors replaced, within two weeks the brakes began squeaking again. On top of that, I had already paid for brake sensors initially, and those sensors indicated issues shortly after the first service, which should not have happened that quickly. Now, after multiple visits, added expenses, miscommunication, and ongoing issues, I’m left questioning the quality of both the parts and the work. I plan to have my vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic to verify what was actually installed, including whether the brake brand I requested (Akebono) was used. I rarely leave negative reviews because I understand how important they are to business owners. However, this experience involved lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and unresolved mechanical issues, even after giving multiple chances and paying in good faith. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

I had the valve cover gasket replaced in my BMW in Euro Master. The quality of service and the the price were excellent. The mechanic carefully inspected the car beyond the valve cover, and provided me with photos in all critical spots, along with recommendations for parts that are towards the end of their life span, to keep an eye on. They seem very experienced in European cars, and the much more affordable than servicing in the official BMW dealership. Totally recommended.
