Eli was great! On short notice he was able to come out and perform a pre-purchase inspection for a used Toyota Prius on-site at the dealership we were buying from. He was very thorough, pointing out even small details that, although were not dealbreakers, were great to know about and allowed us to better negotiate the price with the seller. Most of all, it helped give us the peace of mind that the car we were buying was a good purchase. Would definitely recommend his services and expertise to anyone!

I'm from out of town, so I thank everyone for their reviews to find this trusted company to do a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle I am interested in. I requested an inspection in the morning, and I received a call by Eli within a very reasonable time frame while wrapping up his inspection to go over the details. He sent me very clear pictures of issue areas, gave me detailed information about any repair work the vehicle may need, and was very honest about the integrity of the vehicle. I received service as if he was looking out for his daughter before taking a long road trip and making sure it was safe. Thank you!

Had a good experience with Eli. My car ran into an issue with the charging system, thought I had to replace battery or alternator, but luckily Eli showed me where the issue was and turns out it was the serpentine belt. He saved me a few hundred $ if I would have gone to the service center. He was quite responsive. He asked me to take pictures of the engine & VIN numbers so he could get the right parts for next day service. He was prompt, and he showed me & my husband how things work inside the engine. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I learned something new from it. Keep it up Eli! We’ll come back for car service next time!

Eli was super nice and responsive. I called him for a same day inspection on a used vehicle, and he tried to accommodate with his schedule. We decided for first thing the next day and he was able to come out and gave us confidence to move forward with a used car purchase! He even took time to show us a few things to keep an eye out for before the warranty period was up! will be calling him again for future services and referring him to others.
