I’ll start by saying customer service was great until he needed to fix what he clearly messed up!… As an African American woman who is always looking to support my African American men I’ve realized some things you can’t be cheap with. After finding Mr Eddie online with 5 star reviews I thought I was in good hands. I reached out for pricing to replace both CV axles, all 4 brakes and rotors. I was thrilled with the price because it was a fraction of the cost. Communication was kind of rocky after making an appointment. I had to call multiple times to get exact location on appointment day (he works on cars in an apartment parking lot). Eventually he came and immediately got started. He had a nice attitude and was very welcoming so I continued with service. Him and his partner walked me through the process and I felt they were knowledgeable about the work they do. Even though he had to leave to for about 30 mins to get grease for the job we made an appointment for the total job took about almost 4 hours. After the work was done I drove less than 15 mins to get home and everything was fine. Woke up the next day to drive 8 more mins with my son to get something to eat and that’s when my car lost power in the intersection of a busy street. My car wouldn’t reverse, drive, go in neutral, and when I put it in park I heard loud cackling noise. Police officers had to push my car out of the intersection into a plaza parking lot. I immediately called Mr Eddie because not even 24 hrs ago he replaced my CV Axles, brakes, and rotors. I let him know what happened in real time and he promised he would get to me and to sit tight. Well safe to say I sat tight alright and didn’t hear from him again until I called back for an ETA after getting towed home where it would be safe for me and my son (it was after 8pm at that point). I called him the next morning and he continue to give me the run around even after giving me his word. Communication has become non existent at that point. I called another mechanic to diagnosed the issue and low and behold THE CV AXLE WAS NOT PROPERLY/SECURELY LOCKED IN AND HAS DROPPED OUT OF MY TRANSMISSION WHICH WAS THE REASON MY CAR LOSS ACCELERATION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION! He has not made things right. He did not hold up to his word. He did not fix his mistake. So now I am OUT OF $650 and have to pay another mechanic over $350 TO FIX THE DAMAGES HE HAS DONE!

Eddie is really the car doctor. This man changed my alternator and starter and had everything running like new again. Professional, fast, and knows exactly what he’s doing. If you need reliable work and somebody you can trust with your vehicle, Eddie is definitely the one to call. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were on a road trip from the DMV to MS when her Kia K5 started sputtering whenever we would go up even the slightest hill. We pulled over and found Eddie in our Google search. It was great to see all the positive reviews from women about his honesty so we gave him a call. He had us bring the car in and assessed the issue. We needed new spark plugs and ignition coils. He drove us to the auto parts store but they didn’t have parts; however, we were able to find a Kia dealership that was open. We went and got the parts and brought them back. Eddie and his friend immediately started working on her car and we were back on the road. Everything positive that anyone is saying about Eddie is correct. He is honest and takes great care of those who are going through a stressful car issue. I wish Eddie was in the DMV because I would take my cars to him always. If you are having issues with your car, run don’t walk to take it to Eddie he won’t take advantage of you and we are back on the road and the car is driving better than it has ever before.

The best mechanic hands down! Very reliable and affordable. Was able to take care of me same day within a hour, no waiting no issues. Fixed my axel on my car. Highly recommend will now be my mechanic in Atlanta!
