This place is a complete joke. I should have taken the run-down, third-world feeling inside as a sign of the service to come. What should have been a simple oil change and tire patch turned into four visits over 19 days because these people cannot get the basics right. After patching my tire, they somehow ripped it while putting it back on. Fine, mistakes happen. They said they would order a replacement tire and told me to come back. I returned and it was the wrong tire. They ordered another and told me to come back again. Wrong tire again. On the third attempt they finally managed to order the correct one. They will also tell you the wait is 20 minutes, which really means closer to two hours. The guy behind the desk seems completely clueless, and the whole operation feels disorganized. They could not even figure out how to print a receipt for the oil change or the work they did. They offered me a free oil change for the trouble. I will not be using it. Even free oil changes for life would not get me back here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Literally anywhere will be a better experience than Dekalb Tire & Automotive Service..

Got a screw in my tire and was losing air quickly in bad weather. Didn’t want to get stranded on the side of the road with a flat, so I typed in nearest tire shop on Google and boy am I glad this was the closest tire shop. Tyler and team got my tire fixed quickly and I was in and out of there in under 30 minutes. They were so friendly and I had great service!
