Called on 06/28/2026 to get mobile services for flat tire(nail in tire). Firstly the guy said in a smart tone" What u want me to do about that?" Sir ur website states your establishment will assist if ur within 15 miles from their business. Im 11 miles away in Fairburn Ga according to Google maps. Meanwhile while talking to the guy a female in the background said where is the nail, Fairburn....Im not going to Fairburn & ur not going to Fairburn. My immediately response is excuse me maam....u are not providing good customer services. I should not have heard this conversation. A simple NO would have been feasible or it's not within our service area. Any PROFSSIONAL response other than the one stated. People always say to support black owned businesses...well I've tried and it doesn't work for me. I can spend my monies wherever I choose but it will NEVER AGAIN be at CiCi's Tire / Wheels on Rooselvelt Highway. Be careful how u treat people who help ur business to stay in business. UNPROFESSIONAL is what I recieved from male & female but guess what, lesson learned! You establishment will never recieve another brass penny from my family or friends! For the lady in the background on the phone, u have a nasty persona and lack customer service skills. I will never come their again! This pissed me off to be talked too like this by my own people. All I can say is Wow!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

My back tire was going flat I went to this tire shop thinking I could actually get some real assistance. When the guy took my tire off I saw that it was worn so maybe I could get it plugged instead of buying a new tire. The guy who took my tire off kept looking at the fat guy… I paid roughly 17$ for a plug only to get down the street and my tire pressure light came back on. After the guy put the plug in he NEVER PUT THE TIRE IN WATER TO CHECK if air was or wasn’t coming out. After I informed the big guy my tire pressure light was on AGAIN…they took my tire off poured water from a bottle of water. Then tried to spray water on it from an empty spray bottle! But what I noticed is the water that came out the bottle was forming as if I had a different problem. The guy changing my tire took it to the back stayed for about 5 minutes came back telling me I had a hole in my tire that can’t be plugged… they actually thought I was going to buy a new tire from them. Not after that LIE! I took my happy self somewhere else and gave a different tire shop my money. Go play with someone else! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

The older guy is rude. He’ll get the job done but does not have the proper temperament to be interacting with customers. Also, the sign says cash only but that’s false. You can use your debit card.

A++++... I have had a fantastic experience at this shop! It’s great to find a place that consistently provides excellent service, whether it’s for brakes, tires, or anything else you need. they sold me a used set of tires and 2 went flat the very next day. they pumped them back up and expected me to pay them again. i do not know how these people are still in business because they are crooks. ladies: please beware and spend your money elsewhere.
