Butler Tires and Wheels

I Had 4 tires mounted and balanced. My service person was Jason Najarro. He did a great job explaining the service for my vehicle. My car has large OEM wheels with very sensitive computer enhanced steering and traction controls. Having all 4 tires precisely balanced for high speed driving makes a big difference. Highly recommend Butler Tire in Buckhead. Jason., you are totally appreciated. The car rides like it's brand new !!!

Austin is so helpful make sure to go see him! We have taken our cars for years to one of the big tire store companies and always worried something was off and sure enough it was. We took our cars one time to Bulter and Austin and it was so clear the difference. If you care about service on your car go to Bulter! They provide great value and you can ensure your car will be perfect!

This is the damages/scratches to my rims after having my back tires replaced. Both rims with the same circular scratches/damage in the same location on each rim. Yet the excuse was that nothing they used could have caused the damages; which is laughable! I have been a customer for years, however, NO MORE!. The lack of professionalism from management and work quality is gone. I gave the management time to rectify this issue, however, not even a response. The sad part is they assured me that the best technician would do the work. This is an unacceptable response from what used to a reputable business. The below response, from Butler Tire, is laughable! It appears to be a standard response to make it appear they are attempting to resolve the issue. "HAVING TROUBLE LOCATING ANY TRANSACTIONS!" I suggest that you check the over 20K PAID IN FULL invoices that you have on file in my name...

I have worked with Butler Tire on getting my tires and wheels fixed before and they continue to exceed my expectations! I truly appreciate how friendly awesome Clif's customer service was. He is a true professional who continues to operate at the highest level. I had hit a curb earlier this afternoon (Saturday, 14 March 2026) and needed my F/R tire to be replaced ASAP and Butler came in clutch for me. They were able to replace the one tire on the same day and I was able to continue my drive home. I know that I can count on Butler for any of my tire or wheel needs. I've come here a couple of times to get some things repaired and I've consistently had a GREAT experience at this location. The overall experience is *chefs kiss*. The facility is very clean, organized, and welcoming, with a spacious waiting area that makes the process comfortable. Wait times are efficient, especially considering the quality as well as the amount of work being performed behind-the-scenes. When it comes to wheels, fitment, and overall care, this is the only place I trust.
