Bryce and Corey at Bavarian Imports have taken great care of our 2004 BMW 325i year after year, helping us keep an older car running well through all the usual maintenance, repairs, warning lights, and surprises that come with it. I own a business in the neighborhood where Bavarian Imports is located and stumbled upon this hidden gem about 3 years ago. I have driven by their location for many years but never sought them out to do any of my repairs. With my longtime mechanic retiring, it forced me to venture out and see what other options might be available around me. I own several vehicles, so for me having a repair shop nearby that I trust and connect with was top of the list. I’m happy to share that this shop has become the perfect place for me. Once I make an appointment, I drop the car off and usually within a couple of hours I know what I’m dealing with and how much it's going to cost. I love the honesty and integrity there seems to be behind the scenes. On many occasions, I walk back to the shop because Corey wants to personally show me what’s causing the problems and further explain why I they need the repairs. The estimates are affordable, straight forward, and easy to understand. Everyone you meet at the shop goes out of their way to make you feel like your're a part of the family. Corey, Mark, Bryce, Johnny, Houston and the “Cat in the Hat”, I apprecaite all your efforts in keeping me rolling. THANK YOU!

I have a Volvo and a BMW and have used Bavarian Imports exclusively for all maintenance over the past three years. They describe themselves as the dealer alternative and it’s really hard to argue with that. Their work is top quality - I’ve never had the slightest issue with anything they have done for me. Their pricing is fair and transparent. They communicate clearly and they keep to timelines. They never overpromise. They are honest and trustworthy.

They work on much more complicated cars and whined about being uncomfortable with working on a 2007 SAAB! Easiest pseudo-European car to ever work on but it’s complicated enough for them to reject. Or at least mine, which would just be discrimination at that point! LOL! Hire me then! **Someone even called back to chase me down with harassing remarks about my review but it’s already what they decided to say. Eurofed Automotive isn’t afraid of a “European (Scandinavian) turbo’d Honda Civic”. I’ve been DIY-fixing my vehicle for 5 years, and Eurofed for the second time in all those years is ready and willing to relieve me of my stress. They actually offer competitive if not competitive options, far better than the dealerships do, keeping in mind I heard this from BMW owners and dealerships no longer exist for Saab. Eurofed also has multiple locations, which says something about the fact that Bavarian Import may not have every customer in their best interests.
