View on GoogleI’m so glad I came across ATL Urban Garage! A couple of days ago, I accidentally ran over some debris in the road, which knocked out my front bumper sensor. I thought I had fixed it myself by pushing it back into place, but the warning light was still showing on my dashboard. When I came in, Mike was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain what the issue might be, walked me through what he was doing, and showed me exactly how he fixed it. His patience, professionalism, and willingness to educate me meant so much. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I really appreciated how he made everything easy to understand and never made me feel uncomfortable asking questions. Mike quickly got my sensor working again, and I left feeling much more informed and confident. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. Michael even brought me out to the shop to show me the issue before starting any repairs, which I really appreciated. The staff was very accommodating and professional. As well They did not over charge me for the work that I needed done.
