Visited Vertical Automotive for the installation of a complete lowering kit including rear camber arms, spacers, and springs. Vertical Automotive did not disappoint. My service advisor Lazaro was extremely welcoming and answered all of my questions while taking exceptional care of my vehicle while it was being serviced. My technician Collin knocked it out of the park with the installation. The car looks and feels great and I cannot recommend them enough!

Reece at the front desk is especially helpful and professional, doing a great job communicating between the shop and customers. I brought in my 02 Celica for a front suspension noise. Turned out to be (understandably) a bunch of worn out part on a 23 year old car. They provided a comprehensive, lay-person summary of all the issues needing attention. They even provided photos of the indicated wear and tear items -- this is a first in my 35+ years of car service provider experience. I detail that I wish more service shops practiced. After a bit of sticker shock for the cost of replacing several front suspension parts, I gave consent to complete the work. The staff was pleasant and very communicative (via text alerts) regarding the status of repairs and estimated completion time. It was completed when promised which was about a day. The drive feel is much improved and so far, so good. With my wallet now $3K lighter, I reckon it certainly should be. I will say that I understand that quality service isn't usually cheap but I may shop around a bit more next time. Overall, Vertical Auto does live up to the high ratings that brought me in to try them out.

I had a slow leak in my passenger rear tire, there was a screw in it. I didn't have money to get it repaired so I had to put air in it about twice a week until my SSA check arrived. As soon as I got it I came to Vertical and got it repaired...I'm now a Happy Camper...I'll be back again to get my Oil changed...I've found it's hard to find people that treat 80 old senior citizens decent...Much ❤️ and Thank You...
