Went to determine if my steering issue was related to the front end wheel alignment. They did a diagnostic on the issue and found I was within spec and we discussed issue , they test drove it and found no issue. I was going back to Canada and needed to be sure. Honest and competent with explanations and I felt confident to go on my way, A small diagnostic charge was more than fair and I would recommend them as they built a relationship of trust. Fantastic communications and work done. Great team!

Was a big discouraging that today I took the bike instead one of my cars. My kickstand was causing problems so when I just stopped in to see if they could just easily loosen one small bolt , so I could take it off. They all took turns telling me someone else will have to help me with the task of a simple 2 seconds of helping me just turn a small wrench to just break loose the bolt so I can take off my kickstand. Thank you for letting me know to make sure myself and my family know NOT to go there for any kind of service. I would be ashamed to treat any one who choose to come to this business.

I decided to support local businesses rather than the new Walmart the same distance in the other direction. I went in to swap rims and tires from my jeep to my Offroad trailer. The jeep is going to the junk yard and I wanted the best tires on the trailer and then two new rims to make spares for the trailer. I explained what I wanted and asked what rims to get. They gave me a website and told me to order them. I said, “but I need to know what to get.” Ie: this is a jeep wheel…. They said “five lug” I said “they are both 5 lug, but aren’t compatible” He said “maybe” and rattled off a measurement, but didn’t know for sure. I told them it is for a custom trailer. He couldn’t tell me, maybe if he looked at the trailer. I gave up on that for the time being. I thought that a tire shop would be able to identify a wheel or have some tool to do so… Later I looked up online and what was needed was a “bolt pattern guide” to figure it out. You would think a tire shop would have just such a thing. I decided to just have the tires 🛞 taken off of the rims for those two and worry about wheels another day. The priority is getting the jeep out. When I came back on the third trip with just the tires to be removed from the rims, they had questions. They said the second set was already switched. I looked at them and nothing was done. I looked at the first set, also nothing done. They assured me that they had done the first set, but could switch them back if I wanted. So I don’t know what the confusion was everything was as it was when I dropped it off. So: 1) they did nothing, but somehow thought they did something. 2) Someone did the job and someone came behind them not knowing and switched them back. 3) They just switched the same tires on the same rims. 4) Some other bizarre scenario that I can’t even imagine. I was supposed to get a call when they were done. I did see a missed call after hours, but no message left. Today I went to pick everything up. I received six tires and six empty rims. They said they were different sizes and couldn’t swap them. So now I am left with nothing useful. Shouldn’t they have told me this yesterday when I dropped them off? Also, if they weren’t comparable how did they already swap them as they said the day prior? I asked the counter person these questions, then asked to speak to a manager. They said “no” then claimed to be the manager and ultimately shoved me in the chest, swore at me and threw me out of the shop when I called them incompetent. Incidentally, I took the Jeep here for a tune up a couple years ago, as they listed what they would do, I said, “what about spark plugs and plug wires?”They said “jeeps don’t have spark plugs” the whole reason I wanted a tune up was because my plug wires were arching. Total incompetence. I will not be returning.

In Florida on vacation from Pa. My tires were separating. Had to leave for home the next morning. Richard got me new tires at a decent price! I was there when they opened at 8 am and on the road by 8:45! Now that’s service! I’m back home and no issues with the tires. Thanks guys and gals!

We had a blowout on our travel trailer on the Florida Turnpike. While waiting for Assistance I called WTC who was off the next exit, looking for 4 tires and a new rim. Two hours later we pulled in to their shop. In 35 minutes we had 4 new tires and a rim and were back on the road. They even secured the wires that had been pulled loose. Excellent service and prices, Thank you again!
