I purchased 3 new tires here, trusting the service and the warranty they offered (50,000 miles). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They told me the tires would be properly set, but they were supposed to be at 35 PSI and I left the shop with them at 42.5 PSI. This was clearly a mistake and poor workmanship, which caused me issues shortly after leaving. I returned the next day to explain the problem, but I was not given a proper solution or any real support. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend getting your tires changed here.

With multiple experiences with this location. I must say they have been great to work with. They have really gone above and beyond. They have given me great customer service. I highly recommend them and their services.

Honest Mechanics, Unbelievable Patience, and True Earth Angels! > I am a Lyft driver, and as a female who knows very little about cars, I have unfortunately been scammed by mechanics in the past. Because of this, my guard is always up. Today I went to the Hubcap Heaven location at 3451 SR-7 in West Park to get two rims replaced on the right side of my car. When I drove off, my car was still shaking. I looked at a photo I had taken earlier and mistakenly convinced myself they had scammed me—swapping a good rim to the bad side and charging me for it. > I went back to the shop in an absolute rage, accusing them of robbing me. Most places would have matched my energy with arrogance or kicked me out, but the staff here responded with unbelievable calmness. A gentleman patiently tried to rewind the security footage for me, and a sweetheart of a lady (I believe her name is Ms. Katherine) came out, assuring me they are a long-standing, honest business and just wanted to solve the problem. Neither of them took my anger personally. > But the absolute superstar of this place is David in the tire section. He is an earth angel. While I was going on like a madwoman, he didn't dismiss me. He took the time to truly look at the photo I was using as "evidence." With immense patience, he pointed out distinct marks on the rim that perfectly matched my photo, proving gently and factually that they did do the honest work. He explained that the shaking was likely due to the tires themselves having ridden on bad rims. > When I realized my mistake, my anger immediately turned into tears. I had no money left in my account for tires, and as a Lyft driver, I need my car to survive. I cried out to Jesus right there to help me. And David, was who Jesus used to save me. I have never met a male in this industry who was so genuinely caring, full of empathy, compassion, and understanding. David asked all the right questions to assess a solution for me. > Because of David's heart, my crying changed to immense gratitude. I sincerely apologized to the whole team for my lack of judgment. I normally don't leave reviews, but Hubcap Heaven deserves this for their honesty and grace under pressure. May God bless this business, and may God's mercy and blessings chase after David forever. I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Absolutely terrible experience. I was recommended this place by a trusted friend but this is a shop that cannot & will not & should not be trusted. How is it possible that you can’t properly prepare a wheel to install a tire on it? Absolutely horrible service & work. Just a bunch of cheap labor with hack jobs & ready to move to the next. If you don’t care about your car, this is the place! If I could repeat some of the things I heard while being at the shop, it’s safe to say I would be in danger. STAY AWAY!!

When I got there no one was in the office stood there a couple minutes walked out side seen one employee. He walked right past me . I said excuse me I need some help please." Whit what?" I said I lost a wheel cover and I have a nail in my tire. He said "you ain't gonna find that one you gotta buy 4. ' ok how much'' 50 a piece " that is a little more than I can afford I seen them on the Internet alot cheaper. " Well you need to go there DEN " and walked off . WOW 😲 . Didn't even ask me what to tire the nail was in! So much being concerned about customer safety . I did even bother. Guy in the parking lot with the wheel off said he was there two hours . Dirty office rude employees. And over priced. Didn't even offer to show me anything.
