Tire Kingdom

I’ve been going to Tire Kingdom for at least 25 years always getting exceptional service. What I like about it is that they’re trustworthy and that they don’t try to upsell you. The assistant manager, Santos is straightforward, considerate, and treats you with respect. Highly recommend both this location and all the employees. With regards to the employees, the mechanics here have been long-term and it’s always nice to see a familiar face because you know the quality of their work is very good

I requested to have an oil change and tires rotated. My invoice only showed oil change, tire and battery inspection only. However, the tires were never inspected or even rotated, otherwise they would have noticed that the 2 tires on the right side of the car were mounted backwards when originally installed at a Tire Choice on 7/12/25 (see my other review). They don't live up to name of "Tire Kingdom". Disappointed with the service at this location. To be fair, the prices were reasonable. Customer service was okay.

I stopped by the South Miami Store to have a valve replaced on my boat trailer tire. Ben met me in the office and within minutes I was on my way. Ben and the mechanic who made the repair were extremely courteous. It's nice to have a neighborhood tire store with such a terrific staff; reminded me of the good old days.

Hands down the best service in our area. I bring my car a long ways to visit this specific tire kingdom. All the guys have been great, but on my last visit, Ben and Norwing, just especially knocked it out of the park - outstanding individuals- I wouldn't bring any of my vehicles any place else.

Santos was extremely helpful. I came in on a Sunday about an hour before closing because my Tesla had a screw in the tire. They took care of it right away and had everything resolved in less than 20 minutes. They also checked the tire carefully to make sure there weren’t any additional screws or damage. When lifting the car, they made sure the lift arms were positioned correctly to protect the Tesla’s lift points, which I really appreciated. Great service, fast work, and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
