Everyone at transmission depot from the sales rep to the owner that I talk to were very accommodating very nice. Wanted to help me out as much as they could. There was a little issue with the torque converter. They immediately took care of it. They stand behind their product so far from what I can tell we’re very accommodating to me on price and on working with me to get the torque converter back to them thank you very much to everybody especially Kelly for all that you’ve done so far to make this A very painless experience

Terrible experience and will not purchase from them again! They have no problem taking your money, but if there is an issue it's like pulling teeth! I had a local transmission shop do a swap of my c4 to AOD. All installed and had several problems as they said it was internal. Brought it to another shop for a 2nd opinion and they said it was rebuilt internally incorrectly! That also cost me just over $1000. Which they refused to reimburse any of it! Still having issues and let's see if they stand behind their warranty!!!! I will update this if they follow through on their warranty.

The transmission bell housing cracked with fewer than 10,000 miles on it, which ultimately caused my aluminum engine block to crack as well. I paid nearly $6,000 for the transmission, and the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any assistance. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend choosing a company that truly stands behind the quality of its products.

Been dealing with this company for years and have had several dozen transmissions rebuilt here, I've only had one issue which was resolved immediately and their customer service and workmanship is top notch. Highly recommended
