Had a great conversation with the owner. He took the time to listen while I asked a lot of probing mechanical questions. I was looking for a new tire and mechanic shop for both my personal and business needs and was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge, and patience, as well as the service I received.

View on GoogleResponse***Yes, I posted the review on January 3, 2026, but I was physically at the shop before 12/31/2025. I felt compelled to leave this review due to James’s rude behavior and because I observed him adding on services that were not needed, which felt like a ripoff. Also, to clarify—does James not work at your shop? Original Response: I normally don’t write reviews, but USA Tires and Automotive is a total ripoff, especially if you deal with James, who has very poor customer service and is extremely rude. I was charged for issues that were not actually problems, and I personally witnessed another customer return to complain, only to be given a bogus excuse instead of accountability. As a paying customer, I don’t mind paying for real repairs, but honesty, explanation, and transparency were completely lacking. Women especially: please be careful. I strongly recommend bringing a trusted mechanic with you, though even then, it seems they will still try to overcharge. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and rude. There are too many other shops that value customers and explain repairs properly. I would never return and strongly advise others to avoid this place.
View on GoogleThis place is not trustworthy. The work performed on my vehicle was not done correctly, and the loan options they offer are just as questionable. I’ve read many of the negative reviews and, based on my experience, I agree with them. Even if the owner responds with his version of events, it doesn’t change what actually happened. The shop claims all their mechanics are certified, but when I asked directly, most admitted they weren’t. Certification isn’t even my main concern, proper, reliable work is, and that’s not what I received here. If you’re reading this, save your money and your vehicle. Look elsewhere.
View on GoogleBest shop. I was very paranoid about the rim getting scratched…I soon realized I was in great hands! Very clean and professional shop. The specialist took great care of the rims to do a patch on the Panamera tire. He was polite and accommodating. Very happy with the excellent service!!!!!!!!! He even polished the tire after, looked brand new. Ask for James!
