Had my vehicle serviced there recently. Whenever I need something done, That’s my go to shop. They won’t over quote me/oversell me like a lot of Mechanic shops do. Trevor and Kenny are the best.

SCAM ALERT!!!On 10/16/2024 I drove my 2019 Ford F-150 to CAR 75 LLC., DBA American Automotive Inc. AKA Plantation Firestone and Radiator. I was told by Scott that they could repair it. He told me to leave a cash deposit of $2750.00 for parts. I did and was given receipt which was non compliant with the Broward County consumer affairs. Also they didn't provide a legal right to an estimate form. I told them that the engine was a top of the line coyote motor so if they had any problems to let me know. 2 months later Scott and owner Kenneth Anson told me the heads had to be redone by a 3rd. party in Hialeah so if I wanted my truck fixed had I had to provide another $2000,cash preferred. I did because they guaranteed this would fix it. Over the next 6 months Scott and owner Kenneth Anson would tell me story after story for delaying my repair knowing I had to leave the country soon. Finally they admitted they couldn't put it back together and tried to sell me an used engine for 2x the normal price but they'd put it in for free..free?? I already paid $4750. Again they knew I had to leave the country. In April I told them to put it back the way it was they refused , the law said it was a civil matter that could take a couple years. I had to leave the country in 1 week by then. So I had to tow it out with all the parts tossed in the back, now damaged and rained on for months. Congrats fellows ,you've succeeded in ripping off a 66 year old senior citizen. And this wasn't the 1st. Time, there are more that I've met. For anyone who's filing a lawsuit owner Kenneth Anson owns the property on 631 S.441 Plantation,33317,and his property at 960 East Tropical Way, Plantation,Fl. Is listed as part of his corporation. Come on citizens show these guys what you think of stealing from old folks.

I fist brought in my vehicle to repair a Freon leak in my air conditioner, they quickly found where the leak was coming from and gave me a fair estimate for repairs. Unfortunately it wasn’t until the air conditioner was fixed did my 1998 Cadillac decide it wanted to have an electrical problem with the theft alarm system. Although it took an extra week to get my car back, they did not charge me for the extra unexpected labor. Even going as far as topping off all my fluids and cleaning up under the hood. I could not have been happier with the service I was given and would recommend this mechanic to all my friends.

Went to expert transmission/plantation radiator AUTO ac to get my transmission rebuilt for the first time, It took the mechanics awhile the first time, but I let it go, mind you, it took them 3 weeks max to rebuild my entire transmission, not a week go by and the same problem occur on my way home, the entire drive shaft came out which broke my transmission, I was upset at the fact it happened to me on my way driving there and they “promised” me the first time they’d give me good quality work and honesty. Turns out I towed my vehicle to the same shop at approximately 4am because it happened to me around 2-3am and the tow truck took awhile. These are pictures I took the day it happened which as you can see the drive shaft came out along with a couple bolts and lock nuts. I waited in my car for 2 hours just got a tow truck to come pick up my car at place it here so they can fix the transmission again, I told them what happened the next day and his excuse was, “something else caused it to come out.” Or you guys didn’t promise me the good quality work you said you’d give me. Luckily I had warranty on it so they were going to fix it for free, it funny because it took them another 3 weeks to fix my entire transmission not prioritizing my car after what just happened, so I let it go again. My message to anyone who decides to get their transmission rebuilt or replaced here, please be wary and cautious please, I pray no one has to go through what I went through. Plz be wary and cautious and I’d highly suggest going to another transmission shop or anyone you know personally to verify your transmission was properly handled by these guys because it seems like they’re hasty when fixing major problems like these, and I’m going to personally address Scott Desane and Ken Anson for being dishonest and unprofessional.

Attention May I tell you this has been the worst of all worst nightmares when dealing with a repair shop! My AC went out on me last month on a Sunday, dealership was closed so I googled this place. Dropped my car off they checked it right away and told me I needed a new compressor! I paid them 990.00 in cash because the guy said they wouldn’t charge me tax, big mistake! Should have used my card. They kept my car for an entire week and I got it back on Friday. Needless to say now, the AC work, but the car was cutting off at the light installing.took it back on Monday and they kept the care for another week and got it back the following week! My car moved several times even spent the night at someone else’s residence a few times, just to get it back with the same problem. After having my car there for 3 weeks got into a phone altercation with the mechanic! Now to make a long story short I had to drop it off today because the AC no longer works. I’ve been calling for the past hour and no answer. I would’ve been better off taking my car to a shade free mechanic then to take it to this place! I used my car to work, I went to navy fed for another car loan and my Buick is with this place as we speak! Never again
