BJ's Tire Center

Definitely do not get tires here. I had to pay another shop $50 to balance my tires afterwards... After waiting for more than an hour after my scheduled appointment time, then another 2 hours for them to install the tires, they finished the installation. Only the guy couldn't balance the tires because they were missing some kind of fitting for my odd tires (Toyota Tacoma). So second trip to BJ's for the tire installation to be completed, and the manager himself balanced the tires. The tires were so out of balance, they not only made noise, but the steering wheel shook. I had to take the tires to another place to get them properly balanced. The photo is what the tire looked like after the BJ's guy balanced them. The place I brought the truck was shocked at what a bad job they did at BJ's.

This was my first time coming here for tire service. I had a minor leak in my tire which was patched by Collin. Collin, including the other staff, or extremely nice and efficient and getting the job done at a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back for my future tire needs.

This was a 1 star situation, but this 5 star review is for Collin, who did an awesome job on our Kia Soul. His colleague failed to communicate with us about things running behind schedule, so after waiting for 2 hours in the plaza, we returned for an update only to learn that it hadn't been started on yet. We had a 3:30 appointment and his colleague (who was attending the register whose name we'll leave out) said it would be done between 4:30 and 5pm, so when we returned at 5:30 from our seat by the fountain, we were quite surprised to find out that the work hadn't been started yet, due to things falling behind since they were short a tech. In spite of this, the front desk colleague failed to tell us anything and went home likely around 4, leaving Collin completely by himself in spite of both the circumstances and potential safety risks in the process. After juggling multiple tasks back and forth by himself, Collin stayed late to make sure our sketchy tires were replaced, taking the time to provide excellent customer service through solid communication and attention to detail. He stayed over an hour past the time he needed to and deserves ample appreciation and recognition for his hard work and dedication. We also would like to add that we appreciate Carlo's customer service as well, having arrived and offered a token of compensation for having waited.

Is just appalling that this place stays open. Simply needed tire service. Called Mon. Nobody answers, you are asked to leave message and someone would call you back, I did, nobody called back. Called back on Tuesday same process. Left message, no call back. Wednesday got a call back , Wednesday is when they answered my message. Asked if I could speak to manager. Surprisingly he was not available.

Showed up at 4:57pm and the guy tells me they’re full “sorry” . 1 hour before closing. I drove off with a nail in my tire
