Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and very efficient. They got my tires installed quickly, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very fair. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and my vehicle drives great now. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality tire service and great customer care.
View on GoogleI recently purchased tires at this location. I had black hub caps and didn't notice that my caps had not been properly reinstalled. Not until one of them came off and went into one of my neighbor's driveways! Apparently, they put the tire balancing weights on the outside rim rather than the inside. Then, unable to properly secure the hub caps rings where the weights were located, they strapped them on with zip ties. I'll never do business at that place again. Now, I have to take them to another service center to have the balancing weights relocated to the interior rim so I can put on a newly purchased set of caps! Unbelievably Horrible Service!
View on GoogleWent for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited 3.5 hours. When I got my car back, there was grease on my leather seats, glove box and ignition. I spoke to the manager and he told me he would clean it. I took it in the get it cleaned, and they couldn't do it with what they had at the store. I followed up with manager and he said he was getting some things to clean it. When I followed up again, no response. I would not go back to this location Edit: Holland Gonzalez, the store manager, called me after this review and proceeded to belittle me saying I wasn't a man because I left a 1🌟 review. He also didn't let me speak and disrespected me saying I wasn't a man and that I was looking for a handout. I ended up cleaning the seats myself. He told me he fired the employee that serviced my car trying to make it seem like he did me a favor when in fact, the employee was fired because there was already friction between him and other employees and I guess the way my vehicle was returned to me was the final straw. Ultimately, Holland is a disrespectful person, with a big ego that doesn't care to have a civil conversation nor does he follow up with what he says he will do. Again, I will never return to this location. Hopefully you all have a better experience than I did. Also, Ivan the assistant manager, was a pleasure. He tried his best to help and thought that Holland would help, but that didn't work out.
View on GoogleI had a great experience on Sunday getting an oil change. Mike was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. He very good at communicating and got my car done very timely. He even gave me a discount . I have been coming to this Oviedo location for years, but was worried when I found out it was changing ownership, but I will definitely be back with Mike there. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this place.
