Tire Choice Auto Service Centers

I found this place online and decided to give it a try. I made an appointment for my young adult son who had never had his wheels aligned or new tires before, and the initial service was great. However, there were issues with the alignment and new scratches on his rims, so he went back and that’s when everything went downhill. My son had spent his own money on his new rims and there was now a big scratch on them, so he asked me what to do. I said just go in very nicely and tell them that there’s new scratches and the alignment is off. Unfortunately, the man that helped him a couple of days ago, immediately accused him of trying to pull one over and possibly get something for free. This was not at all the case, my son had never done anything like this before and he really went in hoping to get some type of resolution. He didn’t expect new rims, but he would’ve appreciated acknowledgment. Instead, the guy was extremely rude to him and told him that he was trying to pull one over on him and then when my son left, the guy said “I didn’t wanna help you anyways.”This was a very disappointing experience for a young adult going out into the world and trying to take care of his things. Would not recommend.

Picked up another nail driving Central Florida. Are there any roads construction free ? Any way had to replace tires and dropped in Tire Choice on the way home from work. Richard gave me a great quote, had them there the next day and back on the road. Great customer service, great price, clean waiting area. I walked up to Sprouts near by and grabbed some eats. Very happy with the whole experience. Thanks.

The only place we get our tires serviced. They call and say we are missing several lugnuts and want to charge 40/per. Husband called around and another tire shop said absolutely not. We normally take our three cars there as they were great in the past. It’s changed under the new management so we are now in search of a different place to take our cars. Oh, and the estimate for 4 new tires was 800 more than a competitor. Insane.

2011 Ford Edge - Breaks They worked on the car for 2 weeks. Replaced the master break cylinder and bled the breaks over a dozen times. Even ordered a new special tool to help bleed the breaks. Still couldn't fix the problem and then claimed that Fords are "just different and the breaks are fine". I took it to a different mechanic and they immediately found a leaking break caliper which was the problem the whole time. This is my kids car. Had I trusted that its "just the way Ford Breaks are" then this could have been a much bigger problem. Feels like this should have easily been something they found from the beginning. I've been going to this location for years and never had a bad experience until now. Please contact me to make this right.

This place is awesome Richard and the front desk guys are very friendly & accommodating this is the third time I have used this store 2 times for my truck & 1 for my wife’s car I ran over a bolt at 5 pm on a Friday rush hour I called Richard answered and said bring it in we will look at it if it needs a tire we can order it mount it and put the spare on and return when it’s ready I took the vehicle to the shop & they immediately took it to the back located the bolt it did not look good looked like I needed a tire to all their amazement the bolt did not go through the tire was not leaking (lucky for me) he said he has never seen a bolt go in at that angle & not puncture the tire he reinstalled the tire & wheel I was in & out in no time & on my way home they didn’t even charge me for their time I would have been glad to pay I greatly appreciate their help & definitely will return for tires when the time comes give them a try you won’t be disappointed. I have referred several people with not 1 complaint. Thank you Richard for having a great shop
