I opted to wait while they carried out the inspection, and I was genuinely impressed by how efficiently and accurately they identified the problem. Once the part arrived, they promptly scheduled me for the following week and completed the repair seamlessly. Corey was exceptional throughout the entire process, extremely accommodating, attentive, and committed to making sure every detail was handled perfectly. Tomas and Corey’s passion for their work truly stands out, and it reflects in the level of service they provide. A special mention as well to my technician, Peyton, for his great work and of course, his pup Kane, who made the visit even better. PSI is definitely the best place for all things BMW and has earned my full trust.

I found PSI through a YouTube video about the g87 perfect stance and when I found out they were in Orlando it was a done deal. Matt was awesome. He guided me and helped me make the right choices that best suited what I wanted and what made the most sense for my build. He never rushed me to make a decision, he was extremely patient, and replied to all my questions in detail and quickly! In one day they installed springs, spacers, valve controller and a mid pipe! Thank you PSI for being a part of my car’s journey. I will be back 😈 also they have a very cute dog which was a nice plus 🤣

View on GoogleI was a little hesitant to let anyone change the tires on my RPF1s since they were in pristine condition. I previously had bad experiences with other shops not taking care of another set of wheels I own. However, these guys did an excellent job changing the tires, and the wheels came back flawless. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for future tire changes and balancing on any of my cars. By the way, the tires were continental extreme contact sport 02. No bs here.

They replaced the subframe, handled a few additional repair items, and did a very thorough inspection of the car. They’re a very detailed shop, which I really appreciated. The car rides smoothly now and feels solid. Corey and Brad were both great to work with. The team is helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Overall, it’s a really good group of people who do quality work. Definitely recommend PSI.
