Excellent service. My mom's vehicle was damaged by road debris on the interstate when she came to visit and they made sure she was road safe until she could get back to her home state and have everything taken care of. Highly recommend and I am so grateful for Oviedo Auto Repair making time to make sure my mom was safe. 10/10 recommend.

When you need wonderful auto repair and bodywork done this is the place to go. The service is wonderful and the work is impeccable and at such a reasonable price. I went there to have a bumper estimate given to me after someone rear ended me. Robert was able to not only fix the bumper and put it back where it needed to be on my vehicle, but then he turned around and gave me an amazing price to paint my full car and make it look brand new. It was such a reasonable amount of money to get it done that I will tell any and everybody this is the place to go when you want quality work done at a reasonable price.

Rented us a broken truck, spent days with uhaul corporate notating the issues. Heater only blows hot which fogs the windows and makes it impossible to drive. Tried to charge me $1100 after drop off. Texting me from an iphone pretending to be uhaul corporate to then charge me again. Pound sand you “mechanics” fix your garbage rental equipment.

I had them replace the hood on my Mustang with an after market hood. They were very easy to deal with and did very good work. The hood looked great when they were done. The hood did not come with weather stripping, which should have come in the kit. When I got up to freeway speeds, the hood started to buffet. I talked with the company that made the hood, they confirmed that it needed the weather stripping to prevent the hood from shaking. Oviedo Auto Repair still had my old hood, and was able to take off the old weather stripping, and install it on the new hood. They also made some minor adjustments to help stop the hood from buffeting. They did these adjustments free of charge. I have yet to get back on the freeway... but this level of service was outstanding and unexpected these days. They really stand behind their work, even when it was the hood company that did not include the parts.

My father tried to get a U-Haul earlier today and this place gave him the WORST customer service I’ve ever heard of. He was on his way to a funeral so he had my uncle go and pay with his card. They refused my uncle calling it fraud even though my father sent his ID to confirm that is him. My dad had to go before the funeral, making him late for a very close family friend’s funeral who just passed this week. He shows up in a rush and parks somewhere quick (not in a spot). My dad goes up to the man working trying to get help and was laughed at by him. The daughter that works there then comes in yelling at my dad and uncle for the way they were parked. They refused to let them get a U-Haul after the interaction and were completely unsympathetic towards my father and what he has going on. The “apology” message that was sent to my father was an utter fail at trying to fix the situation. You should have been a nicer person and this never would’ve been an issue. We will never come here again nor will we refer anyone to this place of business. In fact I will tell everyone not to come here if they are in need of a U-Haul. You would think with it being the holidays these people would be nicer and want to help out but turns out it’s the opposite.
