I recently brought my ’07 S2000 to Jet Performance to have a TCT installed. Elijah handled the installation and got it done quickly and professionally. I also had a valve adjustment done, and Tony was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent. He took the time to clearly explain the repair process and pricing. Overall, great experience and excellent service! I highly recommend Jet Performance to anyone who needs reliable and honest auto repair. Will be back for future mods 👌

Long-term delays, no communication, and unresolved payment I am leaving this review after more than a year of waiting with no resolution. I chose J.E.T. Performance based on a personal recommendation from my partner, who had worked with Tony for five years and frequently recommended him to other S2000 owners. Based on that history, I trusted Tony’s guidance and moved forward with ordering parts and scheduling work. What was discussed upfront • I told Tony the suspension on my car was failing. • Tony confirmed the shocks were bad. • We agreed to address the brakes at the same time. • I relied on Tony to suggest parts that could reasonably be obtained, given the condition of the car. What actually happened • I paid thousands of dollars for parts and labor. • Over a year passed with no parts delivered and no work completed. • Repeated deadlines were missed. • Communication became sporadic and eventually stopped altogether. Brake pad issue • For nearly a year, I was told the brake pads could not be ordered because the automatic and manual versions of the car used different sizes. • This information turned out to be incorrect. • After a year of waiting, I sold the original car and purchased the same model in manual form, which should have resolved the issue. • Even then, no solution was offered. • I ultimately purchased the correct brake pads myself — the same pads that had supposedly been unobtainable for an entire year. Additional context • During the time I waited for this work to be completed, I was able to purchase the same exact car again, this time with good suspension and a manual transmission. • This underscores how excessive the delays have been. Review removal agreement • Tony asked that we remove our original reviews in exchange for proof that parts had been ordered and resumed communication. • We removed the reviews in good faith. • No proof was provided, and communication stopped again. Refund promise • Tony stated that if December arrived and the parts had not shipped, been installed, or otherwise progressed, a refund would be issued. • As of now, that has not happened. I have made repeated attempts to resolve this privately and professionally, including allowing additional time and space for follow-up. At this point, I am aware of multiple other customers experiencing similar issues involving extended delays, missing parts, and lack of documentation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend J.E.T. Performance. Anyone considering doing business here should proceed carefully and make sure all agreements and timelines are clearly documented.

I am writing this review to document an ongoing and unresolved issue with J.E.T. Performance in Oviedo involving prolonged delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled financial and service commitments. This situation has been stressful, costly, and has remained unresolved for over a year despite repeated attempts to resolve it privately. I have been a customer of J.E.T. Performance for five years with my S2000, and during that time I regularly recommended Tony and his shop to other S2000 owners I met. Because of that history and trust, I personally recommended that my partner order parts and move forward with work through Tony based on his advice and expertise. At the time, we informed Tony that we believed the shocks on the car were failing. Tony confirmed this assessment. We also discussed having the brakes done. Based on this information, we relied on Tony to recommend appropriate parts and solutions, especially knowing the suspension was actively failing and would need to be addressed soon. We would not have expected him to recommend parts that would be on indefinite backorder under those circumstances. Tony owes my partner thousands of dollars in parts and labor that have not been delivered after more than a year of waiting. Multiple deadlines have been missed for providing updates, including the most recent instance where Tony stated he would show proof that an email had been sent to his supplier requesting details about the parts order. After making that claim, Tony once again went completely unresponsive. Regarding the brakes, Tony claimed for nearly a year that the brake pad sizes were different between the automatic and manual versions of the car, preventing him from obtaining the correct pads. This was not accurate. After a full year of waiting, we informed Tony that we had sold the original car, and that the replacement vehicle was now a manual—meaning the pads he claimed were required would fit without issue. Despite this, no resolution or alternative solution was offered. We have since purchased the correct brake pads ourselves—the same pads Tony had been unable to source for an entire year. During the time we have been waiting for this work to be completed, my partner has also obtained the same exact car again, this time with good suspension and in manual form. This highlights just how excessive and unreasonable the delays have been. Tony explicitly made an agreement with us that if we removed our original reviews, he would follow through with providing proof of communication with his supplier and resume updates. Based on that promise, we removed those reviews in good faith. Despite this, Tony failed to uphold his end of the agreement and continued to go silent. He also promised that if we reached December and the parts had not arrived, shipped, or been installed on the car in any capacity, we would receive a refund. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this commitment will not be honored. We are now being forced to move forward because Tony failed to keep his promises last month, even after multiple reminders and extended time being given. Tony has not responded to any emails, messages, or other correspondence, despite us giving him space and making repeated efforts to resolve this amicably. Based on this ongoing pattern, we are aware of multiple other customers currently experiencing similar issues: work being delayed for months at a time, parts that are claimed to have been ordered but never arrive, and no proof provided that those parts were ever purchased. This appears to be a recurring pattern rather than an isolated incident. At this point, we no longer feel confident that J.E.T. Performance will honor its commitments. We strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to proceed with extreme caution, ensure everything is documented in writing, and be aware of the risks of prolonged delays, lack of communication, and unfulfilled promises.
