This is by far the most pleasant, clean, courteous, knowledgeable auto repair shop I have ever come across. Even though the service was just completed yesterday, so far I am very pleased. They kept me informed throughout the day on the progress, and inspected the car first which happily turned out that I only needed hub bearings not on the back too which I thought I had to do. They are in no way pushy. Plus, they offered to shuttle me to my home completely free of charge,

Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) provided us with Excellent Service all around- a true step above the everyday auto shop experience. The front office is as very clean and welcoming, and the staff was friendly, professional, and neatly dressed. They offer a complimentary shuttle service, which was readily available, clean, and in a nice, newer vehicle- an amazing perk. As a one-car family, this made a huge difference for us. CBA is as also able to provide a clear list of recommended services and repairs the very same day. Christian Brothers Automotive is now our auto shop of choice going forward. Highly recommended!

Professional employees, however, parts prices are inflated. A local Volvo dealership offered the needed parts for less than Christian Bros which was very unexpected. My son had the same vehicle there for an oil change a month prior and was told the tires were in good condition. At the current service appointment we were told that the tires need to be replaced which made us question the knowledge and integrity of employees. It seems like this is just another unfortunate example of a business in central FL that is causing long term residents to leave the area. The days of honesty and integrity in central FL are gone.

The staff were polite, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated their complimentary ride service — they kindly dropped me off at home after I left my vehicle and picked me up again once it was ready.
