Transmax of Orlando

I brought in my 1991 Corvette for a severe leak in the transmission. Sam, Josh and their team diagnosed my problem within a day which was my front pump was leaking. They did this without charge and told me the issues. They suggested a rebuild at a price that made sense given the price to fix the leak. I never felt pressured at all and I decided to go with the rebuild. I am so glad that they suggested that because once they took it apart they showed me that the 3/4 clutches were completely bad. They saved me from spending more money in the future. They were honest and explained everything to me which I really appreciate in any mechanic. They finished my transmission within 3 days. I have driven the car all day and it feels great. I would suggest transmax/ Sams wholesale for any transmission work. Great experience!!

My transmission needed to be replaced in my Jeep. We brought it to Sams and had to take it back a few times, which was frustrating to both us and to them since it wasn't something they had seen before. In the end they didn't hesitate to make it right, even spending some of their own funds to do so. They care about the work they do, made sure we were satisfied with the job they did, and they provided great customer service along the way. I would recommend trusting your vehicle with them.

Got great service from the team here, even though I didn’t go through with the repair. The quote was better than any other place I talked to. While it didn’t make sense for me to repair my car in this situation, I believe the team here is professional and respectful and I would consider them again in the future.

My truck broke down in Orlando from the transmission going out. I had these guys charge me 5k to supposedly put a new one in my truck. I got it back the next day they said it was good to go. So i drove a hr away and my truck started doing the same thing as before it went out even sent pictures of the tranmission temp being at 215 & his son messaged me back saying Im just fine & that it was no problem being at 215 degrees. So I took it back they said oh yeah its a faulty torque converter. So I waited another day they said hey its done again. Got my truck back got going down highway and my truck tranmission is still not right. Temperature is still getting up to 196 almost 200 degrees!! They called me saying they didnt know why its still getting hot because (they put all new parts) ... when they SAID THEY HAD A NEW REBUILT TRANNY they was gonna put in instead of redoing mine again.... so lie after lie. & if (they put all new parts) it wouldn't still be OVERHEATING. of course they said bring it back and we will be glad to look at it again. I told them I travel for work and can't just bring it back by. They said oh well whenever you can we are here. Yeah I'm sure of it. Anyways if I was you I would not take my truck to get serviced here!! There's alot more info I could give including pictures of text messages of them saying my tranmission temp at 215 is (just fine!) Been played with by these guys since the day I took them my truck.
