UPDATE: Owner tried hiding my review from Google business page (nice try buddy 😂) Unorganized shop with no regard for appointments scheduled over the phone. No receptionist so other customers stand by the front desk without any help. No information given on what type of oil used and amount used in car. Read reviews of customers claiming wait times of 30 minutes for an oil change. Meanwhile called 2 weeks ago and today was the soonest I could be seen. Seems that people walk in as they please and are taken care of . Made waiting for the appointment seem like a waste of time. Better off at valvoline or any other quick oil change establishment. Waited for over an hour before I was told it would be an additional 30 mins for my car to be serviced. It wasn't until I spoke up and mentioned how long I had been there that the owner returned with my car in less than time, after he finally realized he should attend to a customer that came here on a scheduled appointment. Even the word “customer” is misspelled on the paperwork I was given. Inspection wasn’t thorough enough. Didn’t explain a solution for an engine error code.

I had a great experience at Sky Blue Auto, Hassan and the entire team did an excellent job repairing my car. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this place definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend.
