Rubens Tires

Don’t come here, especially if you’re a woman they’re just gonna take advantage of you like every other auto shop. I came here to get a tire replaced which at first they did work with me and give me a little bit of a discount on the tire. I would’ve gave them a five star review because they were kind and they seemed like they weren’t taking advantage of me within three days, that tire was back flat again. I work three jobs so it’s very hard for me to find time to come and bring my car back to the shop so that they can replace it or do what they need to do. I did eventually get back to the shop to which they told me the 30 days expired and that they would patch it for $35. Why would I pay for that when I originally purchased a used tire and I had the understanding that there was no holes in it or anything so even it needing a patch pissed me off, but the fact that they were going to try and charge me for it is ridiculous and a scam…. I explained to the guy I do not have any money and I’m going on a long trip as a woman you would think they would not let me drive on a tire that they sold me that’s bad and just fixed it for me for free regardless of their stupid warranty there’s no reason why the tire had a hole in it in the first place… Bad business and very annoying because I thought I finally found a shop that wasn’t going to be taking advantage of me when I need something fixed, but I guess not

Great tire shop walked in and they helped me out within 10 minutes with a used tire in great condition. It was for my truck and they had the same exact size It was awesome and the guy even helped me put my spare back! Great service very friendly good prices! If you're in the area and you need a tire definitely go here!

Friendly, Fair & Knowledgeable! I have gone to Rubens many times over the years & I went there again yesterday. I go to Rubens because I am always confident that they will be friendly, that they will repair my vehicle correctly & not over charge me. They went above & beyond again yesterday! I drove away from Rubens knowing that the 4 used tires they installed, at a very fair price, would keep me safe on the roads!

The most expensive auto repair shop in Orlando. This location price gauges I called to get an estimate for spark park replacements they quoted $500 FOR SPARK PLUGS insane I ended up taking my car to Auto nation Toyota the dealership and paid $160 for the same repair. Usually dealerships charge way more than the local repair shops. However that was not the case this time. I’m not sure if this location has new owners however they are now EXTREMELY over priced. If you need car repairs shop around to get a better deal.

Last week I took my car into this shop to have the newly installed rotors and brakes inspected because it was making a screeching noise. They told me everything looked fine, that the sound would go away in a couple of days, and suggested the brakes probably just needed to be bled. I declined and asked them to put everything back together. Ever since leaving the shop, the car sounded even worse than before. Today I finally had someone else inspect it, and the problems were obvious immediately. One of the rotors had been installed backwards, the brake caliper was missing a bolt, and it was literally hanging against the tire, scratching the inside of my rim and creating a serious safety hazard. This could have caused a major accident. If you care about your car — and your life — do not go here.
