Royal One Tires

On February 20th in the afternoon, I called this tire shop on behalf of my coworker who had a flat tire. From the very first phone call, the employee was extremely unprofessional. He repeatedly joked about us bringing him lunch, even though we had never met him. We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was just a poor attempt at humor since the quoted price for a new tire was reasonable so we still went. When we arrived, he again asked about his "lunch." He then told my coworker that she didn't need a new tire and could simply get it patched, which would be cheaper. She agreed and paid for the patch. Less than 24 hours later, the tire was completely flat again, leaving her stranded. She took the car to another shop, and they informed her that the air valve had been broken. They said it would be extremely difficult to damage the valve during a simple patch unless it was done intentionally or through serious incompetence. We attempted to call the original shop multiple times the following day, and no one answered or returned our calls. Beyond the poor workmanship, his behavior toward us two young women (19 and 23) was inappropriate and unsettling. Whether this was deliberate sabotage or a lack of basic skill, the result was the same my coworker was put in a potentially dangerous situation. I would strongly caution other customers, especially young women, to think twice before coming here.

Great customer service and best price in Orlando! I purchased some Vogue tires and needed to have them placed on the wheel. Not only did I have them added to my car, I also got a front end alignment. I love how my car is looking and how smooth it’s driving. I’ll definitely return and also recommend others to support your business.

Went there this morning 5/31 just to get a simple alignment done for 40$...approached the counter and had to wait till employee finishes his game on his phone. Didn't say hello or good morning. Bad first impression!! Would like an alignment please....but than he huffed like he didn't want the business. So long story short I didn't get an alignment done I needed my tie rod replaced which I did it myself and took the car to another shop. Talk about the other side of the coin. They were great. Clean shop and customer service was excellent. Only ten bucks more but least I got good service without the attitude. If you want cheap and rude service...go here. I'm sorry but I'm a customer and I don't need the tude. Least the mechanic was nice.

Tire pressure light came on, so I took my car to the local Honda dealership. The dealership said a nail in both of my front tires was causing the tire pressure light to come on. They said one of the tires could be patched (for $25), but the other couldn't be patched & needed to be completely replaced (for $150). Not wanting to pay that much, I immediately took my car to this Royal One Tires shop, which was just 1/2 mile from the dealership. The nails turned out to be 2 tiny broken off screws; both of which were less than 1/2 inch long. Royal One removed the tiny screws & discovered that because they were so small, neither had punctured my tires. No air pressure whatsoever had come out of either tire, and both tires were perfectly fine. Nothing needed patching or replacing. They could have very easily told me the same thing the dealership told me & just offered to do the work for less. I would have probably been OK with that and had them do it. But they said they were more interested in earning someone's trust & hopefully getting a new steady customer, than they were in making a quick buck off someone dishonestly. I will be going back to them for all future tire needs. They now have a new, steady customer!
