I had extensive work done on an older van and could not have had a more incredible experience. From the first phone call to the final handshake, the staff at Ron Jon's Automotive was professional, helpful, accommodating, and kind. The service advisors kept me abreast of the progress, helped me understand and navigate confusing decisions, and took my concerns seriously. The mechanics explained things and made sure the work was top quality. Nobody likes to pay for car repairs, but I believe I got great service for the price I was charged. I left trusting my vehicle was safe and reliable. I would highly recommend Ron Jon's Automotive to anyone who lives, or is traveling through, the central Florida area.

I have been coming to Ron Jon’s since the early 2000s I am generally a do it yourselfer But there are always times when I need more expertise than I have. They have worked on every vehicle I have owned without issues I have used them to evaluate used cars that I was going to purchase I can honestly tell you that this is the most honest and capable automotive shop I have ever dealt with in my 62 years on the planet. I have recommended many people and have always gotten the same reaction. While their business has grown over the years, the ethic and attitude has never changed. It still feels like a family run business. These are the best at what they do They are affordable And above all They are honest I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone.

20/10 the best auto shop in Orlando. I would recommend this place time and time again to anyone. They are so quick and efficient. Their prices are fair and the staff is so friendly and helpful. About a year and a half ago they rebuilt my head gasket on my 2013 Chrysler 200. And again last week they put a brand new radiator in my car and we’re so quick and efficient. Any troubles I ever have with my car I will bring them here to Ron Jon.

Their customer service is truly spot on—every time I called or sent a text, they replied immediately. It’s rare to find an organization this professional and communicative. The best in town, they are very honest and knowledgeable at what they do. My lincoln was being fixed. They realized the problem was more severe. They kept the car for a few more days. They provided me with a free car rental while my car being fixed. I did not get charge extra at all. Now my car is running fine.
