This is a great store and Alex was fantastic. However, my experience with the techs was completely different. I walked in at 5pm (they close at 6) for a tire change, as I was driving on a donut. Alex advised me of their wonderful payment plans and talked me into getting my 4 tires, which I appreciate. But the two techs working were very defiant and def made me feel unwelcome. They were arguing with Alex about their out time and one of them took my keys and said “I need the keys, I only have 30 mins”. It was very unprofessional. I am not getting the tires or services for free, I am paying for it. I understand wanting to leave work on time, but I was here an hour before closing and I’m sure they will get overtime, anyway. They need to be talked to, reprimanded or let go. I am a hospitality manager and if any of my employees pulled a stunt the way they did, I would let them go. Otherwise, great store, prices and service by Alex.
