I have been a customer for the last 10 years or so. My experience at the location on Lee Road was not the best the first couple of years but they have improved so much and I continue to do business there for one reason only my experience with Rafael Velez has been one that I can say has been the best. He is truly a great guy to me. I've been in there so many times with different vehicles and got to see him in action with the other customers. Very knowledgeable and helps you out with your wants and needs. He's One in a million and I appreciate that you don't see that these days unless you go to RNR on Lee Road. I had a fantastic experience with this company. I needed new tires but couldn’t afford to pay everything upfront, and they worked with me to set up a payment plan that actually fit my budget. Their roadside assistance program is also a huge plus. About a month after getting my tires, I picked up a nail, and worked on me with that too. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been kind, helpful, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend them.
