Came on on the 4th of July for a tire balance. Explained the issue and wanted them to strip all the weights off and put new ones on. They did exactly that and even showed me what problems they found. They went above and beyond to satisfy what I needed done on a holiday weekend. Thank you Edwin and Tye! Highly recommend coming to this shop for all your needs.

He took the time to thoroughly inspect my tires, rims, and spacers and actually figure out what was going on—after I had already been to several other shops that charged me and gave me the runaround. Not only was he knowledgeable and honest, but he did the diagnostic for free, which says a lot about his integrity. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely wants to help instead of just making a quick buck. Highly recommend Eli if you’re looking for someone you can trust to give you real answers and quality service!
View on GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with this service shop. I came in for a simple job and was told it would take about 30 minutes to an hour. We also seemed to agree on the price. After 20 minutes, I noticed that nothing was really being done on my car. The staff kept switching to other vehicles and customers instead of finishing the work they started. When I politely asked how much longer it would take, since I was in a hurry, the owner became very aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. The mechanics appeared unprofessional and slow, and on top of that, the price was unreasonably high. I do not recommend this place to anyone. In my opinion, this is one of the worst service experiences you can have in Orlando.
