They sold me brand new tires and set me with someone who spoke no English , knowing my rims were no good and refused to remove them . I had to call the police and they also refused to refund or credit me anything after such terrible cx service . Also tried charging me $5 for water in 102 weather

View on GoogleThis is hands-down the worst shop in Orlando. I went in for a wheel alignment and they completely failed to provide even the most basic standard of service. They refused to give me a wheel alignment sheet, which is required proof of the work performed. That is not only highly unprofessional, but also unethical and potentially illegal, as customers have the right to documentation for paid services. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, showing no respect for customers or their obligations as a business. This is a clear case of negligence, misrepresentation, and breach of duty of care.
