Excellent experience today. I called on Friday afternoon since I was experiencing some issues with the transmission on my BMW. This was like an hour before close, but they told me to come bye Monday morning and they'd get me in an out. They steered me towards doing a full pan drop drain and fill rather than just a simple gravity drain and fill through the case plugs. This entails changing the gasket and filter, which all of the other shops were charging far too much for. Very reasonable price from them which actually got me convinced to do it, which I'm so happy I listened to them. They gave me the best price, the best service, and the transmission works better than I've ever felt one work on any car I've driven. On top of that they got me in and out, and didn't make me drop my car off to pick up at a later time. Awesome shop with truly honest people, will be back!
