Great service and people. I called Jay at 1pm in the afternoon requesting a same day scheduled and preventative maintenance. I bought all my parts and was planning to get it done myself but ran out of time and I am new to the Ecoboost 3.5L twin turbo. Jay sent one of his technicians Chris and he was at my house by 3pm. Chris, changed my spark plugs to some NGK HX Ruthenium's. Inspected my coil boots, cleaned my MAP sensors with some QD electrical cleaner, we resettled the KAM and it fixed my hard idle. Then he changed my oil and oil filter. Pricing was spot on and way better than any shop. I also got to oversee and bother Chris the whole time haha. Thanks guys! I'm looking forward to doing the upgraded Cobb intercooler. I'll do the catch can myself this Friday. I appreciate the great communication, research on the MAP sensors, and awesome service. Jay and Chris I appreciate your time and maximum effort.

Great experience from start to finish. My car was stranded in a parking lot after my battery died and wouldn’t jump start. I called these guys around 6pm and someone answered right away and said they could be there within the hour. They told me the cost upfront on the phone and kept me updated on their location while they were on the way. He picked up a new battery for me and took less than 10 minutes to install it once he arrived. He charged the agreed upon price and accepted a variety of different payment methods like cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, etc. I would highly recommend their services if you’re ever in a pinch!

Jay is extremely professional, dependable, reliable, courteous, efficient, and has outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty and met all my repairs in an expeditious manner. I have called on him twice thus far and he scheduled me in like it was nothing. He gave me vital information that could have caused future harm for free, and this was after he assisted that he look at my value cover. I don't let anyone work on my vehicles, and usually my vehicles go to the dealership. But I've saved money and time with Jay. So, Panama City Florida, here I come! 😁 And I most definitely tipped him well and I will again. Some say you get what you pay for and I did and way more. I think his costs and value are too low, if you ask me. He's charging Dollar General's prices when he could charge Louis Vuitton prices. Nevertheless, that's what makes him unique, special and valuable. He's an asset and a credit to mobile auto repairs and the auto repair industry. Beware. I called because my car would not start, and AAA had already ruled out the battery. Jay told me he believed it was likely the starter, but that he would perform a full diagnostic for $125 to confirm the issue. I was also told that fee would be waived if I moved forward with the repair, which sounded fair. I was quoted $650 for the starter replacement, which also seemed reasonable. However, once they arrived, I did not see much of a diagnostic process beyond determining that the car was clicking and not starting. Based on that, I agreed to the repair. After the starter was replaced, the car still would not start. I was then told the issue was electrical and that they do not perform electrical diagnostics or repairs. They also later mentioned the old starter was still functioning, though “going bad.” My frustration is that these possibilities were not identified before replacing the starter. I understand diagnosing cars can be difficult, and I recognize the labor involved, but spending $650 without resolving the issue was extremely disappointing. I appreciate their effort and professionalism during the visit, but I do wish a more thorough diagnosis had been done before moving forward with such a costly repair. Update: my car is absolutely filthy on the inside after I just got it detailed. They left trash all around my car. And now my car is worst than when they worked on it. My doors won’t unlock and my lights won’t turn off. This is going to cost significantly more to fix the damage that’s been done. Do not let these people work on your car. They’re absolute crooks.

This people are thieves I highly advise you stay away. Conned me out of 200 dollars Asked for diagnostics and they repaired without asking and then charged me 200 extra. I called the owner and he told me I was only charged 150. If you order there services and a gold early 90s Corolla pulls up run please.
