We were involved in a car accident the day before Thanksgiving and we had an amazing experience with Lucky Auto. They were very quick with the repairs, kept us updated every week on the status and overall just great customer service. We are so grateful and the car looks even better than when we bought it. Will definitely be coming back for any auto needs!
View on GoogleMy car was in desperate need of a repaint and Lucky’s was recommended to me by a highly-rated shop across town. Lucky’s wasn’t the closest shop to me, but based on the reviews, I figured a farther drive would be worth it for a better job. Overall, I feel they did a nice job. They smoothed out the body work, removed body panels to sand/prime/paint them, and even painted the door jambs and underneath the trunk lid. They applied all new emblems and their placement could not have been more perfect. They retained the original black rocker paint and chip guard along the bottom portions of the doors. Anil and everyone else I interacted with were very friendly and accommodating. After painting, they asked me to bring the car back after a few weeks and they would buff the whole car which was very nice of them to do. I’m happy with the finished product and the car has already received lots of compliments (see before and after photos below). However, there are a few shortcomings i’d like to share. There are runs in the paint along both door body lines that could not be buffed out. When I first got the car back, the interior was left very dirty. Window trim and mirrors were scratched/damaged. Overspray was present all over the engine bay, entire interior, portions of the soft top, and inside the trunk. I was able to clean most of it off, but not all of it. The tail lights and turn signals were not buffed as agreed upon. Interior pieces were not painted as agreed upon. Water now leaks into the trunk. A door sensor was left disconnected, which luckily I was able to reconnect myself. Many of these issues are minor, and nobody’s perfect. Considering they had my car for twice as long as estimated, it showed me some lack of pride in their work. I’m not looking to bash them or glaze them in any way, I’m just sharing my honest experience. To Lucky’s - thank you for your hard work.
View on GoogleWhen I got into a wreak, I was told by my insurance to take to straight to a shop. I went to the best rated body shop in the area and they didn't disappoint. They were very friendly and worked with the insurance adjuster. For a little more money I was able to get the whole car painted and looking like new. They got all the work done before I had to return my rental car! Thank you Lucky Auto!
