Land Rover in Eatonville has the best service team I’ve ever worked with. Their service is professional and proficient. I spoke to Davies prior to visiting Land Rover and he delivered on the timeline promised. His team provided me a video of services needed for approval. Services were completed same day.
View on GoogleMy 2023 Discovery Sport Bad A$$ Edition (lol) was giving us a Low battery warning every time we drove the car. Start / Stop was now not working and my Gps software mysteriously vanished. Called service and got an appt within 2 weeks to bring the car in. Upon bringing car in Melanie Schneider (super friendly & super helpful) got us a 2025 Defender as a loaner. Next day we were called and told car battery was charged and Gps software was reloaded and car was ready to pick up. Upon pickup I was a abit disappointed that the battery was not replaced but I requested to speak with the service tech and actually spoke with the shop foreman Nick who was also very friendly & informative about Land Rovers protocol and their procedure that they needed to follow for replacing a battery under warranty! Upon driving the vehicle an hour to get home, the vehicle again gave me the low battery warning the very next day. I then called Melanie who got me back in the next business day and gave us now a 2026 Velar to use till our car was ready. It did take a few days to get our car back but this time they replaced the battery and cleaned the car inside and out really nicely! Everyone at the dealer was helpful & friendly! Kudos to Melanie & Nick for making our warranty service as simple and comfortable as possible! Nice to see that Land Rover Orlando provided us with Top Notch customer service and got our vehicle fixed under warranty at no additional charge! This is honestly not the place I really wanna visit to often (lol) but at least I know that if I I needed too I do feel confident that Nick & Melanie will make our visit as comfortable & painless as possible! I took my car in for servicing and I intentionally scheduled it two months out so that I could guarantee that I would have a loaner and upon arriving they told me I didn’t have a loaner. I didn’t end up needing one, but just the fact that they are disorganized bothers me

View on GoogleThese guys are awesome! I had an issue with my vehicle that kept it in a mom and pop style shop for 2 months! I got it out of there and took it to them. They solved the problem in like 2 minutes. Being sarcastic there but seriously. Had my car back the next day fixed. I am now their number one fan.
