The guys at KM Tires & Alignment were professional and respectful of my vehicle. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their vehicles wheel alignment. They were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, got my car done in under 30 minutes. After being turned away by three different alignment shops for my vehicle being to low and being quoted outlandish prices by others, KM Tires & Alignments was a breath of fresh air. Have a lowered car and want a killer price? Come here. Period.

Called KM Tires ahead of time to confirm they could perform a wheel alignment on a kei truck, and they assured me over the phone that they could handle it. Based on that information, I booked a 2:00 PM appointment and sent my client over. After arriving and waiting for about 30 minutes, they were told the alignment couldn’t be done because the vehicle was too narrow. This could have been identified over the phone and would have saved everyone time and frustration. If your vehicle requires a specialized alignment, especially for a kei truck or other compact import vehicle, I would recommend confirming that the shop has the proper equipment and experience before making the trip. Unfortunately, my experience with KM Tires was disappointing due to the lack of communication and wasted time.
