I came to leave a review because this is easily the best auto shop I’ve been to. I have gone to the dealership, local mechanics and chains and my experience here was by far the best. I woke up to a large oil leak under my car and called Flex Auto to see if they would be able to look at it. Felix told me to come by and they will check it out/give me a quote. They diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and gave me a quote. The pricing was incredibly fair and I told them I can come back once it’s done. They got me a ride to my apartment, a bottle of water for the ride and kept me informed on how long the repair would take. They replaced the valve cover and engine pressure switch same day and got me a ride back in the timeframe they said it would be done by. The mechanic noticed my oil was still good while working on the car (since I had just added new oil to make the drive there). They topped off what had leaked out, removed the oil change charge that they had initially quoted, and wound up saving me 60$ or so. The job looks great and I can tell they throughly cleaned off the oil in the engine bay that had leaked prior to dropping it off. Truly high quality work (I wish I had a picture of before because there was a good amount of oil on the engine/around the gasket). No more burning oil smell and no more oil leak. This shop is timely, pays attention to detail and has top notch customer service. This is the kind of place that deserves our business. Skip the chains/dealerships and come here you’ll thank yourself for it.
