I had a great experience at Fast Lane Automotive on Hoffner Avenue. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and everything about the visit was smooth and professional. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and their customer service was truly outstanding. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I also appreciated the waiting area—it’s set up like a comfortable lounge with free Wi-Fi, refreshments, and snacks, which made the time go by quickly. On top of that, the pricing was fair, which is always a big plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service I received. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be coming back.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience here. Robbie was tremendous in helping me navigate a difficult decision regarding repairs to the failed differential on my Nissan Armada. He took the time to explain my options and helped me make an informed choice without any pressure. Needless to say, I am extremely pleased with the results and grateful that I was able to keep my vehicle rather than being forced into purchasing a newer one. I highly recommend Robbie and his team for their professionalism, honesty, and outstanding customer service.

If you are looking for a repair shop that is top notch, super professional, timely repairs with very fair prices then I highly recommend Fast Lane Automotive! I don’t often go out of my way to leave a review but I had to for these guys. I can say without a doubt, as long as I’m in the Orlando area I will always service my vehicles here. They send you photos of every repair needed with a clear explanation as to why it’s needed as well as a fair quote for the repair. They also partner with 2 different finance groups that offer 90 days same as cash financing which is amazing as we all know auto repairs can come at the least convenient times. I promise you will never once feel like you are being scammed in any way here. Excellent work guys, glad to know there are still honest shops out there!

They are very over priced. If youre looking for quick and efficient and have a lot of money this place is fine. It is not budget to any degree. I paid 1490 when most shops wouldve charged roughly 900.00. They up selled the parts 300% most placed do about 50%. Not a budget place and you are paying T O P dollar if your car is broken and needs fixing. Edit: the manager reached out and clarified some pricing. Still charged premium dollar because of the warranty as they justify it. You absolutely pay top dollar here. Just know that. Otherwise an efficient company and I got what I needed done very efficiently.
