Our 2015 Toyota Sienna with 108K miles began making squeaking , scraping noises upon braking. I brought the car to Expert Car Care in Lake Nona and chose their free diagnostic analysis. Quickly they test drove the car and had the car up on a lift and they examined the brake pads and the rotors. There was metal to metal scrape marks on the rotors of the front wheels. They suggested pads and rotor replacement at a reasonable price less than Toyota dealer and I agreed to the service. Within less than 1 hour they had the new parts and the pads and new shiny rotors were installed. Afterwards the car drove smoothly again with a quiet soft controlled braking like a new car. I also enjoyed the clean waiting area with large screen tv and the water and cookies they provided free of charge. The staff was very attentive and helpful and willing to price match if reasonable. Overall I had a very good experience repairing the Toyota Sienna here.
